Strategic planning processes play an important role in any project development. In order to conduct this effectively, our role is to assist the client by:

• fostering strategic conversations within the company in order to set goals, priorities and timing
• performing data gathering and data analysis
• preparing a feasibility study
• conducting a final review prior to the project execution
